Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

To initiate a return, please contact our customer with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Swimwear, underwear, or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank or PayPal account

  2. Contact your payment provider
